Shipping

UPS is used for shipping within Continental United States. U.S.P.S Priority Mail is used for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, territories of the U.S and APOs/FPOs. If you need your item by a certain date or need expedited shipping, please call us at (858)810-0943 and we will happily take your order.



Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy
  • Special order items may not be returned.
  • Items may be returned with in 7 days of receipt.
  • Defective items must be returned to Real Field Sports, not the manufacturer.
Shoe Exchange Policy
  • Shoes must be returned within 2 weeks of date of sale.
  • Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging.
To return or exchange items by mail
  • Get your invoice ready and call(858)810-0943 to get order return and exchange information.
  • Create a shipping label.
  • Pack your return securely, in the original packaging if possible.
  • Include your invoice with the returned item.
  • Pay shipping and insurance costs for the item.

We subtract the original shipping cost of the item plus credit card processing fees from the refund or credit to exchange. The customer is also responsible for carefully repacking and insuring the item. We can take no responsibility for an item that is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. If this policy is violated, we reserve the right to either assess a restocking fee as we see fit or to refuse the returned item altogether.



Privacy and Security

Customer email addresses, shipping addresses, and all other customer info are kept strictly confidential and are never sold or shared. Credit card information is not saved or stored in any way.

Important Credit Card Information

In an effort to protect against credit card fraud, we use a system called AVS, or Address Verification Service. AVS will compare the information that you enter on the online credit card payment page with the billing information on file with your credit card company. If the mailing address, town, state and zip code entered differ from that found on your monthly credit card statement, your order will be declined due to an AVS mismatch. Your online order is encrypted using SSL (Secure socket layers). All your ordering information is protected from unlawful users.
